Comcast’s Sky Group is bringing its streaming TV device, called Sky Stream, to customers in Italy.

The device, which runs on Comcast’s Entertainment OS, will launch in the country on June 3, the company said in a statement.

The device will be similar to the Sky Stream box offered to customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany. Sky Stream connects to a TV set and allows customers to stream live channels and on-demand content using broadband Internet. Sky apps are supported, as are those from third parties like DAZN, Apple TV Plus, Discovery Plus, Paramount Plus, RaiPlay, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus and Netflix.

“In a world where people have more and more choice, almost half of consumers say they have difficulty deciding what to watch,” Andrea Duilio, the CEO of Sky Italia, said in a statement. “Today, with Sky Stream, we bring this innovative experience to any TV, giving everyone the opportunity to find the right content between the various apps, Sky and the main free-to-air channels in a simple and immediate way. Choosing what to see will be really easy for everyone.

On streaming channels, customers with Sky Stream boxes will be able to pause, rewind and restart programs that are in-progress. Sky Stream will also allow each member of a household to have their own profile, complete with personalized content recommendations and watch lists.
