Dish Network’s streaming television service Sling TV suffered from a temporary outage on Wednesday that left customers unable to watch live channels or recorded TV programs.

The outage started around 3 p.m. Eastern Time (12 p.m. Pacific Time) when some Slign TV subscribers received an unusual “Error 11-100” message when they tried to access their account on Roku devices and other platforms.

The problem was reported to the website DownDetector, where hundreds of customers said they were encountering an outage. The glitch was impacting subscribers throughout the country, with reports coming in from Los Angeles, New York City, Detroit and Dallas.

A spokesperson for Sling TV said they were aware of the situation and the company is in the process of trying to fix it, but offered no specifics on what might be the cause of the outage.

“We are aware some customers are experiencing difficulty signing in at this time,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “Our team is actively working to fix the issue, and the interruption should be resolved soon.”

The glitch appeared to be resolved around 6 p.m. Eastern Time (3 p.m. Pacific Time), but there was still no word on what caused the issue in the first place.

The outage comes one day before Sling TV and other services are set to offer subscribers access to NCAA March Madness tournament games aired on Warner-owned cable channels TBS, TNT and Tru TV.

Sling TV is one of the cheapest ways to access those channels within a traditional pay TV bundle that includes other networks like CNN, ESPN, Fox News and Fox Sports 1, with prices starting around $40 per month.

Last month, Dish Network said Sling TV had just over 2 million subscribers.
