A lawyer representing Fubo TV says the streaming TV company didn’t fire a former employee for taking parental leave as allowed under the law.
Fubo TV is sports-centric media company that operates the Fubo streaming cable TV alternative, which focuses primarily on live sports content from the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, MLS and international soccer leagues. Fubo also offers general entertainment, movie and news channels from major national and international programmers.
In addition to Fubo, the company operates the Fubo Sports Network. Fubo TV is based in New York City.
