Consolidated Communications has launched a new promotion that will see new customers of its Fidium high-speed Internet service get a $150 streaming video credit when they sign up for a certain plan.
Starting November 29 (Black Friday) and running through December 6, new customers who sign up for Fidium’s 1 or 2 gig service plans will receive six months of streaming credits that equate $150, redeemable through the MyBundle streaming TV bonus card program. The $150 credit can be used for new or existing video subscriptions, and the offer will be available in all markets where Fidium offers Internet service, the company affirmed.
“Just as Black Friday and Cyber Week are known to offer consumers the best holiday deals, Fidium is excited to offer this streaming promotion to our new customers, giving them access to the best connection and streaming experience,” said Rob Koester, the SVP of Product Management at Fidium. “We are excited to continue our partnership with MyBundle, providing tools and resources for our customers to select and get the most out of streaming with their new Fidium service.”
“Offering this promotion for new Fidium customers means they can access all the streaming entertainment they love,” Jason Cohen, the co-founder and CEO of MyBundle, said on Monday. “We are so pleased to build upon our partnership with Fidium, as MyBundle continues to guide cord cutters to choose, purchase, manage and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of streaming services.”
News of the streaming credit comes just a few weeks after MyBundle announced it will aggregate the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers from streaming video services, which can help save cord-cutters and cord-nevers even more money off their new subscriptions. The Black Friday platform launched on Monday.
Consolidated offers service under the Fidium brand in California, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Texas and Vermont.
