Gray Media is set to broadcast and stream a half-hour documentary special, “Together for Texas,” detailing the devastating impact of recent flooding in Central Texas and the Hill Country region.
The special, produced by journalists from Gray-owned KWTX (Channel 10) in Waco, follows first responders and volunteers working on the ground to assist flood victims. It also includes coverage of a local nonprofit’s ongoing recovery efforts and explores how communities are rebuilding in the wake of the disaster.
The program will air Friday at 6:30 p.m. Central on Gray-owned stations in nine Texas markets, as well as the national online stream Local News Live at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, with encore presentations throughout the weekend. Additional Gray affiliates outside Texas will carry the special as well.

- KWTX (Channel 10, CBS) in Waco
- KXII (Channel 12, CBS) in Sherman
The broadcast coincides with a fundraising campaign led by Gray, KSAT and KPRC (Channel 2, NBC) in Houston in support of the Salvation Army’s flood relief efforts. That initiative has already generated more than $243,000 in donations.
