Dish Network has restored KIRO, WSB-TV and other Cox Media-owned stations after a months-long carriage dispute.
Cox Media Group (CMG Media Corporation) is an American mass media conglomerate that operates broadcast radio and television stations. The brand is majority-owned by investment firm Apollo Global Management, with Cox Enterprises holding a minority stake in the venture. Cox Media Group operates a dozen full-power television stations in nine regional markets, one low-power television station and more than 80 AM and FM radio stations. It also owns the Pittsburgh Cable News Channel. The company is headquartered in Atlanta.
