Free TV Networks to debut fourth multicast network Busted
Free TV Networks will launch a new true crime, reality-based network called Busted on March 1.
Jonathan Katz is the CEO of Free TV Networks. He is also the founder of Katz Broadcasting, which launched some of the first television multicast networks. Katz Broadcasting was acquired by the E. W. Scripps Company in 2017.

Free TV Networks has rebranded its Dare channel to Defy after absorbing the content library of the similarly-named, Scripps-owned network.
Scripps will shut down its Defy TV network on Monday, replacing it with a simulcast of Ion Plus.
The channel will offer another destination for reality-based re-runs of shows like “American Pickers” and “Storage Wars.”
The two new broadcast networks are being launched through a new joint venture comprised of Gray Television, Warner Bros Discovery and Lionsgate.
