DOJ, state AGs back Fubo in lawsuit over Venu Sports
The U.S. Department of Justice and more than a dozen state attorneys general have filed briefs backing Fubo in its ongoing lawsuit against Venu Sports.
Venu Sports is a sports-focused joint venture formed by Fox Corporation, the Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros Discovery. The company is developing and plans to launch a streaming television service that offers sports-inclusive channels from the three broadcasters, with tentative plans to offer the service to consumers in mid-August 2024.
