SiriusXM subscribers were briefly without their satellite radio after a massive outage blanketed customers in both the United States and Canada on Saturday.

The outage lasted anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes for customers. SiriusXM’s streaming Internet service was not affected.

The cause of the outage remains unclear. The Desk has reached out to a SiriusXM spokesperson for comment.

The satellite radio service had over 27 million paying subscribers as of January.
