NBC News audio streams land on TuneIn

Streaming audio platform TuneIn is adding a handful of streams from NBC News.

The new streams include an audio simulcast of the online channels NBC News Now and Today All Day, as well as a curated stream of Dateline shows.

The deal expands on a long-standing partnership between the two companies that has seen other NBC News content distributed by TuneIn, including an audio simulcast of the MSNBC cable news channel.

In addition to the live audio streams, TuneIn distributes a handful of NBC News podcasts on its platform, including “Meet the Press,” “Morning Joe,” “The Rachel Maddow Show,” “The Beat with Ari Melber” and “NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt.”

The partnership is one of several TuneIn has with audio-centric content producers and distributors. TuneIn also offers content from iHeartMedia, Warner Bros Discovery, Fox News Media and others.

The new NBC News audio streams are available via TuneIn’s website and its apps for phones, tablets, smart TVs and other devices. TuneIn also powers audio streams on Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa-compatible smart speakers.
