The Fox News Channel will host the first Republican presidential debate of the 2024 election season in August, the network announced on Tuesday.

The debate will take place at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Wednesday, August 23, and will air in prime-time on Fox News. Anchors Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier will co-moderate the debate.

“We are extremely proud to have Bret and Martha moderating the first debate of the 2024 presidential election season as Americans learn more about the candidates ahead of exercising their constitutional right to vote,” Jay Wallace, the president and executive editor at Fox News Media, said in a statement.

The debate is scheduled to take place between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern Time. A simulcast of the debate will be offered on the Fox Business Network and to subscribers of the streaming service Fox Nation.

The Fox News website will offer a rolling blog and a live stream of the debate, and the SiriusXM channel Fox News Headlines (Channel 115) will air excerpts from the program every 15 minutes.

Debate participants and special programming will be announced at a later date.
