Fox Weather is debuting a new series that will see one of its seasoned correspondents traveling from coast to coast, documenting climate and science-related events along the way.

“Cruisin’ Across America” starts in Jacksonville, Florida on July 13 and is scheduled to end at the Santa Monica Pier one week later, with storm expert Robert Ray making stops in several cities along the way to examine the impact of major storms while also documenting the local culture and food scene.

Among the stops that are scheduled are New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Tucson and Tombstone before Ray ends his trip at Twentynine Palms and the Santa Monica Pier in California.

The full schedule is below:

July 13: Day 1 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida
Ray will document the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, a Category 5 storm that hit the area in 2018.

July 14: Day 2 in New Orleans
Ray visits Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde and the Mississippi River before ending in Lake Charles to examine the aftermath of Hurricane Laura, a Category 4 storm that crossed through the region in 2020.

July 15: Day 3 in Houston
Ray visits local barbecue restaurants and takes a tour of local Fox station KRIV (Channel 26).

July 16: Day 4 in San Antonio
Ray heads down the San Antonio Riverwalk, visits a local Mexican restaurant on his way out of town, then travels to Fort Lancaster State Historic Site.

July 17: Day 5 in El Paso
Ray visits the Balmorhea State Park in Reeves County before winding up in El Paso, where he makes a stop at the iconic Chicos Tacos restaurant. From there, he travels through New Mexico, surveying the desert landscape.

July 18: Day 6 in Arizona
Ray begins his day in Tombstone, a historic ghost town turned tourist attraction where the gunfight at the O.K. Corral took place. Then, he visits the Pima Air and Space Museum near Tucson, home to the largest collection of aircraft in the country, before ending the episode with a cruise through Saguaro National Park.

July 19: Day 7 in Southern California
Ray enters California, where his first stop is Joshua Tree National Park to check out the well-recognized trees and geological formations, as well as a hike through Skull Rock. He finishes the day at an iconic roadside attraction to see the Cabazon Dinosaurs.
