Charter Communications has combined the sales and operational sectors of its Spectrum-branded business-to-business unit, the company announced on Tuesday.

As part of the reorganization, Spectrum’s business-to-business unit will serve small, medium-sized and large enterprise customers alike, the company affirmed.

Keith Dardis has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Business Sales and Operations, where he will lead the newly-combined unit. He previously oversaw Spectrum Community Solutions.

“By combining Spectrum Enterprise and Business sales and operations under Keith’s leadership, we will be able to fully leverage our portfolio of products and services, providing the best solutions to meet all of our business customers’ specific needs,” Adam Ray, the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Charter, said in a statement. Dardis will continue to report to Ray in his new role.

Accordingly, Adam Moore will succeed Dardis as the Senior Vice President of Spectrum Community Solutions, after previously serving as the Group Vice President of the same unit.

“Adam will play a pivotal role in delivering the solutions that will enable multifamily and bulk single-family property managers to provide their residents with the fastest, most-reliable internet, voice and video connections,” Ray said.

Charter provided the following biographies of its two executives who received promotions this week:

A 30-year industry veteran, Mr. Dardis has led Spectrum Community Solutions, Spectrum’s multi-unit dwelling (MDU) business unit, since 2021 after several years overseeing residential and business direct sales and strategic channel sales at the Company. Prior to joining Spectrum, he held several sales leadership roles at Sprint (now T-Mobile), including Vice President of Northeast Business, Regional Sales Director and Director of Business Application Sales, and was Head of U.S. Sales at Bluewater Information Convergence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University.

Mr. Moore joined Charter in 2009 as Manager, Product Management and has held a variety of product and customer service roles within the Company. He began his career in engineering and product management roles at Mercedes-Benz USA and Crocs Footwear. He holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated business and engineering from Lehigh University.

Charter offers Spectrum TV, Internet, phone and wireless service in 41 states. The company has 13 million Spectrum TV home and business customers, and counted just under 30.3 million home and small business Internet customers as of the third quarter (Q3) of 2024.
