Market research firm Parks Associates promoted three of its executives to new leadership roles this week.

Jennifer Kent, the current Vice President of Research, has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President and Principle Analyst, the company announced. Parks Associates said Kent’s industry knowledge and long-standing leadership within the firm will help it accelerate its position in the marketplace and sharpen its impact over the long-term.

Additionally, Michael Goodman has been promoted to Director of Entertainment, joining the research team within Parks Associates and bringing an extensive amount of knowledge about the various sectors of the industry — entertainment, media, streaming and content distribution. As Director of Entertainment, Goodman will be tasked with overseeing the company’s Streaming Video Tracker service, which launched more than a decade ago and monitors more than 400 North American streaming services across all data points — from subscriber growth to their business models.

Last, the company has promoted Kristen Hanich to the role of Senior Director, which recognizes her strong and consistent background in supporting major client initiatives and the firm’s research deliverables, Parks Associates said. On the research side, Hanich will continue to support the firm’s research across broadband, connected health and multifamily units, and shape new research offerings across the artificial intelligence, building automation and small business sectors, among others.

“Parks Associates is well-positioned for its next chapter,” Elizabeth Parks, the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Parks Associates, said in a statement on Tuesday. “Jennifer, Kristen, and Michael each play a critical role in advancing our mission and delivering meaningful value to our clients. Their leadership will help us move faster, operate more cohesively, and build on the strong foundation already in place.”
