Philo has added five new free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels to its budget streaming video platform.

The channels come from production companies Blue Ant Media, Magellan TV and America’s Test Kitchen. They complement more than 140 other traditional linear cable networks and FAST channels already offered on Philo, which will soon cost $28 per month following a rare price adjustment.

The channels added to Philo on Tuesday are:

  • America’s Test Kitchen
  • Love Nature
  • Magellan TV Now
  • Space Science Now
  • Wild Oceans

The channels are available through Philo’s core programming package, which includes cable networks from Paramount Global (Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon), A+E Networks (A&E, History Channel, Lifetime), AMC Networks (AMC, IFC, BBC America) and Warner Bros Discovery (Discovery Channel Animal Planet). It is also available in Philo’s FAST package, which no longer requires a paid subscription to view.

Philo offers a seven-day free trial of its core programming package when new users sign up by clicking or tapping this link.
