Altice USA says it has reached an agreement with Gray Television that will allow it to continue providing dozens of local TV stations to its Optimum TV subscribers.
The agreement covers Gray Television stations in Connecticut, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Arkansas, West Virginia, California, Missouri, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, and Ohio.
The deal also allows Optimum TV subscribers to continue watching games from the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury basketball teams on cable systems in parts of Arizona; Gray Television secured the rights to games from the two pro-basketball teams last year after they left regional sports broadcaster Bally Sports.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Optimum provides television and broadband video services to around 4.7 million residential and enterprise customers across its service footprint.
