Nexstar Media Group has reached a new agreement with Gray Media to continue offering shows and sports from the CW Network on more than three dozen of its television stations.

Collectively, the Gray-owned CW Network affiliates reach more than 12 million American TV households, which cover nearly 10 percent of the country.

Financial terms of the arrangement were not released. In recent times, Nexstar has inked new agreements or renewed existing ones with Hearst Television, Sinclair and Paramount Global to offer CW Network programming through their local broadcast stations.

In addition to general entertainment programming, the CW Network is focused on building out its CW Sports franchise, which includes live telecast rights to NASCAR Xfinity Series races, one weekly WWE show, LIV Golf tournments and college sports from the Pac-12 and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
