Former President Donald Trump has agreed to appear on the Fox News Channel’s late night talk program “Gutfeld!” on Wednesday, the network announced this week.
The program, hosted by Greg Gutfeld, will feature an in-studio appearance from the Republican presidential nominee for the White House, a spokesperson said in a statement.
Trump and Gutfeld will be joined by other Fox News Channel personalities, including comedians Kat Timpf and Tyrus and “Outnumbered” host Emily Compagno. A live studio audience will be in attendance during the appearance, a spokesperson affirmed.
The episode, which will be taped earlier in the day, is set to air on the Fox News Channel on Wednesday at 10 p.m. Eastern Time (7 p.m. Pacific). It will mark Trump’s first appearance on a late night talk show since he became the Republican presidential nominee earlier this year.
Gutfeld! averaged 2.7 million viewers during the third quarter of 2024, as well as 408,000 viewers in the key demographic of adults ages 25 to 54 (A25-54) that are attractive to cable news advertisers.
Nielsen MRI Fusion said Gutfeld! attracted more viewers who identify as Democrat or independent compared to all other late night programs on broadcast and cable TV.
