Roku streamers can now purchase a subscription to the ad-supported tier of Paramount’s BET Plus through The Roku Channel, the companies announced this month.

When purchased through The Roku Channel, streamers can watch BET Plus content like “The Ms. Pat Show,” “Diarra from Detroit,” “Martin: The Reunion” and 2,000 hours of TV programming without having to download and install a separate app.

The ad-supported tier of BET Plus — called BET Plus Essentials — costs $6 per month. The commercial-free version of BET Plus is also available through The Roku Channel for $10 per month.

The addition of BET Plus Essential marks the latest streaming service to sell subscriptions through The Roku Channel. Nearly five dozen other streaming services make their content available through The Roku Channel, including Paramount Plus. Paramount-owned content streams from Pluto TV are also available within the “Live TV” section of The Roku Channel.
