Telly will be holding one of its first pop-up events this weekend that will allow fans who have waited patiently for one of its free smart TV sets to grab one in person.

The event will be held Sunday, November 24 between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in Burbank, during which TV fans who have reserved a spot on Telly’s wait list and confirmed their ability to arrive at the event in-person can drive off with a 55-inch, dual screen smart TV set for free.

Telly says it has a limited supply of free smart TVs to give away at the event, which will be held at 2411 North Hollywood Boulevard in Burbank. The location is a former Fry’s Electronics store.

Those who are interested in getting a free smart TV at the Telly giveaway are asked to do the following:

  1. Fill out the Telly reservation form by clicking or tapping here.
  2. Fill out a separate RSVP form connected to the in-person event by clicking or tapping here.

Telly says those who are attending the in-person smart TV giveaway should bring a large vehicle that can safely haul a box sized 55 inches wide, 45 inches tall and 9 inches thick.

Telly launched two years ago with an offer to give away a half-million smart TVs. The freebie is subsidized by a second screen that includes advertisements, which Telly executives say do not take away from the immersive experience of the larger screen. The Telly smart TV comes bundled with an Android TV dongle, though users can swap the device for a different streaming platform if they want, including Roku, Amazon Fire TV or Apple TV.

Telly also includes a premium soundbar that is built into the device. Those who get a Telly are required to use it as their primary device and not obscure or disable advertising on the second screen.
