Spectrum News to host “Major Moments of 2024” retrospective

The half-hour show will recap the biggest moments in global news, politics, entertainment and climate.

Charter Communications’ news brand Spectrum News will host a half-hour retrospective of the top stories from 2024.

The show, called “Major Moments of 2024,” will air on Saturday, December 21 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, available via the Spectrum News Plus channel on the Spectrum News app and the free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) service Xumo Play.

Hosted by Spectrum News Plus anchor Bree Driscoll, the special will take a deep look into the year of politics (including the assassination attempt against President-elect Donald Trump and the withdrawal of President Joe Biden from the 2024 race for the White House), climate events (including wildfires in California and hurricanes in the southern U.S.), moments in entertainment and major global news events.
