
A new cable television program hosted by former Republican National Committee co-chair Lara Trump drew more than 2.4 million viewers to the Fox News Channel last weekend, according to Nielsen data.
The program, “My View with Lara Trump,” featured interviews with White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and new U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, among others. It was the highest-rated cable news program during the 9 p.m. Eastern Time hour, besting “Have I Got News For You?” on CNN and a rebroadcast of “The Rachel Maddow Show” on MSNBC.
The show delivered 2.422 million overall viewers and 290,000 adults between the ages of 25 and 54 years old (A25-54), the demographic most-attractive to cable news advertisers. By comparison, CNN had 520,000 overall viewers (88,000 A25-54 viewers) and MSNBC had 420,000 overall viewers (17,000 A25-54 viewers) in the same time slot.
The network also debuted “One Nation with Brian Kilmeade” in a new time slot, with the show running Sundays at 10 p.m. Eastern Time. The program delivered 1.739 million viewers, according to Nielsen ratings, including 258,000 in the A25-54 group. It came in first place in overall and A25-54 viewers compared to programming aired on CNN and MSNBC, the ratings data revealed.
