
Fox News Digital achieved its highest-rated quarter ever with average monthly total digital multiplatform unique visitors during the first quarter (Q1) of the year, according to measurement data released on Wednesday.
The data, from Comscore, showed Fox News Digital achieved 6.3 billion multiplatform views during Q1, nearly six times as many as CBS News (1.27 billion) and leading other outlets like NBC News (890 million) and ABC News (290 million). The platforms also had 13.2 billion total minutes of content consumed during Q1, besting CBS News, NBC News, CNN and ABC News, Comscore data revealed.
The Comscore data includes incremental social measurements that are available on an opt-in basis. Some news outlets, including CBS News, NBC News and ABC News, have opted in to incremental social measurement, while others like CNN and the New York Times have not.
According to data from Emplifi, Fox News was the most-engaged brand news brand on social media during Q1, driving 245.3 million total social interactions, including 144 million interactions on Facebook, 84.5 million interactions on Instagram and 10.8 million interactions on X (formerly Twitter). On YouTube, Fox News achieved its highest-ever quarter in terms of viewership, with 1.2 billion views across its video clips and live feeds.
