Fox Corporation will launch its blockbuster Fox One streaming service on August 21, bringing its portfolio of broadcast and cable networks to connected TV through a premium streaming service for the first time, executives announced on Tuesday.

The launch date and pricing were revealed during the company’s fiscal fourth quarter (Q4) earnings call early Tuesday morning.

Fox One will offer cable-free access to the Fox portfolio of cable channels, including Fox News, Fox Sports 1 (FS1), Fox Sports 2 (FS2), Fox Business Network, Big 10 Network (B1G) and Fox Deportes. Fox-owned local stations and network programming from Fox will also be available.

The cost of the service is $20 per month — in line with what The Desk has reported for months — and streamers will be able to purchase an annual plan for $200 to save money. Fox Nation, the company’s current premium streamer that offers shows complementary to Fox News, can be added for an extra $5 per month.

“We’re eager to launch Fox One in just a few weeks and super serve our viewers with the best in live news, sports and entertainment content all in one place,” said Pete Distad, the CEO of Direct to Consumer at Fox Corporation. “In bringing together the full power of the FOX content portfolio in one service, we have created a great value proposition and user experience that will appeal to the cord-cutter and cord-never fans currently not served by conventional pay TV packages.”
