PHYND has launched its beta game streaming service across supported Amazon Fire TV devices in the United States, expanding the free ad-supported platform to streaming media players and Amazon smart TVs.
The service gives users access to a catalog of games through devices they already own, without requiring a dedicated console or upfront game purchase. PHYND is available on several Fire TV Stick models, Fire TV Cube and Amazon Ember smart TVs.
The Fire TV launch marks a broader expansion for PHYND, which is positioning itself as a game streaming platform built for televisions. By adding streaming media players alongside smart TVs, the company is aiming to make big-screen gaming more accessible to consumers who do not own traditional gaming hardware.

Whether it’s a Fire TV smart TV in the living room or a Fire TV Stick connected to an existing television, we’re making it easier than ever for anyone to discover and play great games.”
PHYND’s free-to-play model is also intended to give developers and publishers another way to reach audiences beyond console, PC and mobile ecosystems. The company said removing hardware requirements and upfront costs can create new opportunities for discovery, engagement and monetization.
At launch, the beta service includes a curated catalog from independent studios and publishers including Microids, Tate Multimedia, Fishing Cactus, Plug In Digital and others.
Featured titles include “Smurfs Kart,” “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?,” “Samurai Academy: Paws of Fury,” “Garfield Lasagna Party,” “Space Adventure Cobra – The Awakening,” “Agatha Christie: Murder on the Orient Express,” “UFO Robot Grendizer,” “Voodolls,” “Boiling Bolt” and “Redout: Solar Challenge.”
Players can install the PHYND app from the Amazon Appstore on supported Fire TV devices. Games can be played with a compatible game controller or a smartphone-based virtual controller.
Earlier this summer, LG’s smart TVs became among the first to integrate PHYND’s free gaming platform into its overall offering.
