Comcast’s Sky Group will begin selling its latest streaming television device in hundreds of brick-and-mortar stores across the United Kingdom.

On Wednesday, Sky and Currys announced a deal that will see the Sky Stream box land in nearly 300 electronic retail stores over the next few weeks.

“This partnership brings together our market-leading range and expertise when it comes to TVs, and all the unmissable content available from Sky,” Ed Connolly, the chief commercial officer at Currys, said in a statement.

The first demonstration units will arrive in Currys stores by the end of the month, with the Sky Stream device available to purchase around the same time.

“Sky Stream is all about making our world-class TV platform available to even more customers, which means partnering with Currys is the logical next step,” Stephen van Rooyen, the CEO of Sky UK and Ireland, said on Wednesday. “We’re hugely excited to work with the team across their huge footprint of stores to take a fantastic product to even more customers.”

Currys will sell Sky Stream boxes under an exclusive agreement with Sky through at least December. It wasn’t clear how much Sky Stream will cost at Curry’s; the streaming puck costs £468 (around $600) when purchased on an 18-month installment plan through Sky, or £30 per month (about $39 per month) when leased without a contract.

Sky Stream is more expensive when compared to a Roku, Android TV or Amazon Fire TV streaming device, but the purchase plans include access to the Sky Ultimate TV package — which offers 300 channels — and Netflix’s basic, commercial-free plan.

In addition to Sky television and Netflix, Sky Stream supports most popular third-party streaming services, including Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Channel 4, ITV X, Apple TV Plus, Disney Plus and Amazon’s Prime Video.
