Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) is set to lose another top executive for the second time in less than a month.

This week, WBD confirmed Priya Dogra, its long-time president of its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business, will leave the company after 14 years of service.

Dogra joined Warner Bros in 2009, where she oversaw merger and acquisition initiatives. She stayed with the company following its acquisition by AT&T several years later, and WarnerMedia’s merger with Discovery last year.

In a memo to employees, WBD International President Gerhard Zeiler said Dogra’s departure was based on a mutual decision as the company reorients its business around the future of streaming.

“I appreciate this news will come as a surprise to many, especially because Priya has been a key partner to me and has been instrumental in many important developments at our company during her tenure,” Zeiler wrote. “I want to take this moment to give my sincere thanks to Priya for her exceptional and unwavering leadership, professionalism and dedication which has driven the success of our incredible network and streaming brands, TV series, films, and games, delivering growth in a complex and continuously changing region.”

The EMEA president role will not be filled upon Dogra’s departure. Instead, Zeiler will assume oversight of the EMEA business.

It is the second time in less than a month that Zeiler was tasked with announcing a high-level departure. In late July, Zeiler revealed the company’s head of international TV distribution, Robert Blair, was leaving after more than two decades.

“Last year, we unveiled a new organizational structure for WBD International, which we believed best positioned us for success at that time,” Zeiler wrote in a memo last month. “But we also acknowledged that in an ever-changing industry and market, we would need to continue to evolve in a thoughtful and strategic way, along with the climate around us.”
