Fox Corporation subsidiary Fox News Media has extended its agreement with SiriusXM that will see two of its cable news channels simulcast on satellite and streaming radio for a few more years.

The agreement allows SiriusXM to provide exclusive simulcasts of the Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network to its subscribers, and will see Fox News Media continue to program an all-news channel called Fox News Headlines that is only available on the service.

“We value our relationship with SiriusXM and are pleased to extend our broadcast agreement, ensuring their audience continued access to their favorite Fox News personalities and powerful prime-time lineup,” Jay Wallace, the president and executive editor at Fox News Media, said in a statement.

As part of the agreement, Fox News Channel will remain on SiriusXM Channel 114, while Fox Business Network continues on SiriusXM Channel 113. Fox News Headlines, which operates around-the-clock, stays at SiriusXM Channel 115. All three channels are also available on the SiriusXM app for satellite and streaming-only subscribers.

Some Fox News and Fox Business Network programming will also be made available on-demand through the SiriusXM app, the companies said.

The agreement does not appear to also include Fox Weather, the free, ad-supported streaming weather service launched by Fox News Media two years ago. Historically, SiriusXM has offered a simulcast of Allen Media’s The Weather Channel during emergency situations. An audio simulcast of Fox Weather launched on SiriusXM competitor TuneIn last December.

Fox-owned channels comprises nearly half of SiriusXM’s news and business line-up on its satellite radio. Other channels offered on SiriusXM include simulcasts of CNN, CNN International, C-SPAN Radio, BBC World Service, CNBC, MSNBC, Bloomberg Radio and CBC Radio One.
