Fox News Media is expanding its simulcast of the free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel Fox Weather on co-owned Fox Business Network, the company announced on Tuesday.

Starting Monday, July 15, Fox Weather will air during a one-hour programming block on Fox Business Network each weekday morning, with the simulcast starting at 5 a.m. Eastern Time (2 a.m. Pacific Time). Fox Business also simulcasts Fox Weather during the weekends.

The expanded simulcast comes as Fox Weather prepares for extended coverage of the Atlantic hurricane season. For much of the past week, Fox Weather has offered rolling coverage of Hurricane Beryl, which is the most-powerful storm on record in the months of June and July.

Separately, Fox News Media says Fox Weather correspondent Max Gorden will transition into a reporting role for Fox Business Network. He will take over duties previously assigned to Kelly O’Grady, who is moving from the Los Angeles bureau to New York.
