Fox News Media’s premium streaming service Fox Nation will debut a handful of faith-based original series under a new brand vertical called Fox Faith.
The first Fox Faith series, called “God. Family. Football.”, is set to debut a new season on October 11 through Fox Nation. The first season streamed on Amazon’s Freevee last year.
The show follows the lives of the football team at Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana. Eight episodes will comprise the second series of the show.
“With football season in full swing, we are thrilled to become the new home of this compelling and inspiring show,” Lauren Petterson, the President of Fox Nation, said in a statement on Monday. “It’s an honor to be able to share their story of resilience and character with our viewers and this is the perfect program to launch our Fox Faith vertical on Fox Nation.”
Several other faith-based shows are set to debut in the coming weeks, including “Martin Scorsese Presents: The Saints” on Sunday, November 17 and a franchise docudrama series called “Jesus Crown of Thorns” that will launch closer to the holidays.
Fox Nation is available on all major streaming television platforms.
