Interactive TV Today (ITVT) has announced the next installment of its TV of Tomorrow Show (TVOT), scheduled to take place this summer in San Francisco.
The two-day show starts Wednesday, June 25 and will feature panel discussions and networking opportunities geared toward stakeholders in the industries of connected television, advertising, marketing and technology.
TVOT 2025 will return to the General’s Residence within Fort Mason, just a few blocks away from Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square with views of Alcatraz Island and the San Francisco Bay.
The trade conference offers a more-intimate setting than some larger events, with opportunities for one-on-one networking with panelists and other attendees.
In the past, TVOT has drawn panelists, speakers and attendees representing major TV, technology and marketing firms, including the Walt Disney Company, LG, Comcast Corporation, Charter Communications, Nielsen Media Research, Xumo, Sinclair, Nexstar Media Group, OTTera, Bango, Britbox, Amagi, Plex, Revry, iSpot.TV, Tastemade, Stingray, Philo, Canela Media, Televisa-Univision, the Video Advertising Bureau, Kantar, Publicis Media, Pando Analytics and Whip Media — just to name a few.
In an interview with The Desk ahead of last year’s TVOT Show, ITVT co-founder Tracy Swedlow said the conference is received as a quality event that attracts a roster of top-tier attendees and panelists.
“It doesn’t come across as corporate — it has a very creative feel to it,” Swedlow said. “We know that, behind the scenes, at our shows, people have made some important deals…the things that people take away is that our events are informative, interesting, and warm and friendly. hey’re also densely populated with the right people in the room. Everyone there is someone they need to have a meeting with, including people they didn’t even know they needed to meet.”
This year, TVOT pledges to bring together more than 150 prominent speakers and panelists who are innovating across various sectors of the industry, including artificial intelligence, programmatic advertising, audience measurement, research, the bridge between streaming and traditional linear television, influencer marketing and subscription bundling, among other areas.
Additionally, the TVOT Show will host the 21st Annual ITVT Awards for Leadership, which recognizes individual and corporate achievements and contributions across a series of different leadership-focused categories. This year’s show will include a special dinner event in the evening that will spotlight the individual and corporate award winners.
