Charter Communications has awarded Keith Dardis his second promotion in four months.
In December, Charter’s Spectrum Business elevated Dardis to the role of Senior Vice President of Business Sales and Operations, where he was tasked with leading the newly-combined business-to-business unit at the company. Now, Dardis has taken on a new title — Executive Vice President of Spectrum Business — which will expand his role to include oversight of customer service, human resources, business planning and products.
Charter said Dardis started in his new role on Thursday, and will remain based in Stamford, Connecticut. He reports to Adam Ray, the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Spectrum.
“Keith’s leadership will be pivotal to ensuring the successful evolution of our product offerings for current and future Business customers,” Ray said in a statement. “With his extensive industry experience and commitment to top-notch customer service, we will fully leverage our complete suite of connectivity products and solutions for businesses of all sizes, growing our share in the highly competitive business services marketplace.”
Before his promotion in December, Dardis oversaw Spectrum Community Solutions as the unit’s Senior Vice President; that business, which focuses on Spectrum solutions for apartments and condominium complexes along with other multi-dwelling units, is now led by Adam Moore.
Dardis joined Charter and Spectrum in 2015, after working in sales leadership roles at Sprint (now part of T-Mobile) and the publishing company Bluewater Information Convergence.
