Main Street Sports (formerly Diamond Sports Group) has sublicensed a handful of Memphis Grizzlies basketball games to Gray Media, which will air them across several television stations in Tennessee in March and April.

The games include four that will take place on the Grizzlies’ home turf, and one that will occur on the road.

In Memphis, Gray Media’s NBC affiliate WMC (Channel 5) will simulcast all five games from FanDuel Sports Network, while the company’s Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV (Channel 4) will do the same. In Knoxville, CW affiliate WBXX (Channel 20) will host the games.

“We are excited to work with Gray Media to present an additional way for our fans to watch five of the key regular season Grizzlies games down the home stretch of the season,” Jason Wexler, the President of the Memphis Grizzlies, said in a statement. “We appreciate Gray Media’s efforts in helping present this opportunity to Grizzlies fans across Tennessee.”

“We’re thrilled to announce this collaboration between the Memphis Grizzlies and our local Gray Media stations in Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville,” said Jonathan Mitchell, the General Manager of WMC Television in Memphis. “With this relationship, Grizzlies fans across Tennessee’s three largest media markets will have access to the most exciting team in basketball for free, over-the-air. We believe this agreement not only broadens access to the Memphis Grizzlies but also strengthens the connection between the team and its fans across the state of Tennessee.”

The simulcasts are the latest to involve Main Street Sports and Gray Media to be announced over the last few weeks. Last December, Gray Media announced plans to simulcast a handful of games from the Atlanta Braves that are typically limited to FanDuel Sports Network in that market; one month later, it affirmed a similar plan to broadcast Charlotte Hornets games.
