Charter Communications has promoted Chris Fulton to serve as its Senior Vice President of Business Customer Operations and Experience for Spectrum, the company announced on Wednesday.
Fulton is succeeding Greg King in the role; King intends to retire after more than three decades in the industry.
Fulton has worked in the telecom industry nearly as long, with a 25-year career that includes serving as Charter’s Regional Vice President of Field Operations for Spectrum’s Northwest Region, where he led a team of 1,700 employees working across Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Central and Northern California.
He reports to Keith Dardis, the Executive Vice President of Spectrum Business.
“The combination of Chris’ customer and field operations expertise will serve us well as we accelerate our growth as the top connectivity provider for businesses of all sizes,” Dardis said in a statement. “With his customer-focused mindset, Chris will be instrumental in ensuring we deliver every day on the promises we make to our customers – exceptional service, value and flexible, scalable solutions for businesses across all key verticals.
From 2017 to 2024, Mr. Fulton served as Group Vice President, Call Center Operations, overseeing customer service across 18 technical support call centers, and for four years before that he held successive field operations leadership roles with Charter.
He joined Spectrum in 2013 after 15 years at Cablevision, where he worked in a series of field operations and customer service leadership positions across multiple markets
