The E. W. Scripps Company has hired Sandy Padula to serve in the role of Vice President and Head of Enterprise Research and Consumer Insights, starting immediately.

In the role, Padula will oversee company-wide research initiatives that span Scripps’ national networks and more than 60 local television stations. She will also collaborate with the company’s sales teams to build advanced tools that enhance campaign performance and enable real-time measurement for advertising partners.

“Sandy’s strong expertise in data storytelling and market trends analysis is a tremendous asset to Scripps as we continue deepening our connection to our consumers and advertisers,” said Keisha Taylor Starr, the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Scripps Networks. “Her leadership will propel our commitment to innovative, data-informed strategies that drive transformative results for brands and consumers alike.”

Scripps praised Paula as a seasoned research executive with extensive experience in translating multiplatform measurement and custom market intelligence into business strategy. She previously served as the Senoir Vice President of Research and Consumer Insights at WarnerMedia, now Warner Bros Discovery, where she played a key role in shaping content, marketing and advertising strategies during a period of industry transformation. Most recently, she ran a consulting firm focused on research-based growth solutions.

Padula will remain in Atlanta, where she also serves as a lecturer on data storytelling for several places of higher education, including the University of Southern California, Skidmore College and the University of Alabama.
