Streaming news aggregator Haystack News has expanded its relationship with Fox Television Stations by adding on-demand clips from its free news channel LiveNow from Fox.

The channel serves as an extension of the local news feeds operated by television stations owned by Fox, and offers live events and breaking news coverage throughout the day.

Haystack News already offers on-demand clips from Fox-owned television stations like WNYW (Channel 5) in New York, KTTV (Channel 11) in Los Angeles and WTXF (Channel 29) in Philadelphia. Now, on-demand clips will also be available from LiveNow from Fox, which will allow Haystack News to increase the amount of national news programming available to streamers outside live broadcast hours.

In addition to news from Fox-owned stations and LiveNow from Fox, Haystack News distributes live news feeds and on-demand video from stations owned by Paramount’s CBS News and Stations, TEGNA, Hearst Television, Cox Media Group and Nexstar Media Group. National and global news programming is available from ABC News, CBS News, Deutsche Welle, Al Jazeera, Newsmax and AccuWeather, among other broadcasters.

The Haystack News app is available as a free download on most popular smart TVs, smartphones and tablets.
