Sinclair and Balance of Nature have entered into a national sponsorship partnership tied to “Amazing America 250: From Neighborhood to Nation,” a multi-platform initiative marking the United States’ 250th anniversary.

Under the agreement, Balance of Nature will serve as presenting sponsor of the project, which is designed to highlight people, places and traditions that have shaped communities across the country. The initiative will roll out across Sinclair’s local broadcast stations, digital platforms, multicast networks and AMP Media properties, combining local storytelling with national programming in the run-up to the July anniversary milestone.

“Amazing America 250” is positioned as a long-running editorial effort rather than a single event, featuring original content that spans local news segments, community-focused features and national specials. Sinclair said the programming will focus on stories of resilience, innovation and civic pride, with an emphasis on how local communities contribute to the broader national identity.

As part of the sponsorship, Balance of Nature branding and messaging will be woven throughout the coverage. The partnership also includes appearances and conversations featuring Balance of Nature leadership, including CEO Lex Howard and founder Dr. Douglas Howard, within the context of the broader storytelling initiative.

Rob Weisbord, the Chief Operating Officer and President of Local Media at Sinclair, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s approach to national moments that can be told through a local lens. He characterized the effort as a way to bring brands and communities together around a historic milestone while maintaining a focus on everyday experiences and values.

“Amazing America 250 is a powerful platform for bringing brands, communities, and storytelling together around a historic milestone for our country,” Weisbord said in a statement. “Balance of Nature is a well-suited partner for this initiative, with a mission that complements our commitment to enriching local lives and celebrating the people and values that unite communities across the country. Together, we’re proud to showcase stories that reflect both national pride and everyday well-being.”

Based in Utah, Balance of Nature produces whole-food nutrition supplements made from fruits, vegetables, fiber and spices. The company also operates a community-focused effort known as Rooted in America, which supports local initiatives and emphasizes health and personal responsibility as foundational elements of community strength.

“America’s 250th anniversary is a moment to reflect on what makes this country strong, the people, the communities, and the values that endure,” Howard said in a statement. “Partnering with Sinclair on Amazing America 250 gives us a powerful way to honor those stories and reinforce what Balance of Nature stands for: healthy living, personal responsibility, and meaningful connection across America.”

Sinclair said “Amazing America 250” will continue through July, with programming intended to engage viewers nationwide while reinforcing the company’s broader strategy of purpose-driven partnerships tied to major cultural and civic moments.
