  • Skyview Networks has reorganized its senior leadership team as part of a broader effort to improve operational coordination and accelerate growth.
  • Andrew Kalb has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer after serving as Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Operations.
  • Ethan Aragon has been appointed Senior Executive Director of Business Strategy, expanding his role beyond research and analytics.

Skyview Networks has reorganized its senior leadership team, promoting several longtime executives and hiring a former ESPN research leader as the audio advertising and network services company seeks to improve coordination across its operations.

Andrew Kalb has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer after serving as the company’s Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Operations. In a statement, Skyview Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Jones said Kalb is an important contributor to the company’s revenue growth and portfolio expansion.

Kalb joined Skyview in April 2022 after spending more than two decades at ABC News and ABC Audio. In his new position, he will oversee operational functions across the company with a focus on execution and coordination.

Clayton Nix has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer from Executive Vice President of Finance. Nix joined Skyview as its Vice President of Finance in August 2024 after overseeing finance and business operations for Cox Media Group’s radio stations.

Sarah Foss has been named Chief Transformation Officer. She recently joined Skyview after holding senior technology positions at Audacy, where she served as the Chief Technology Officer and previously as Chief Information Officer.

Before Audacy, Foss was Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Comcast’s Freewheel. She also held executive positions at Imagine Communications, VCI Solutions and Harris Broadcast Communications, along with management roles at local television stations and media-focused technology companies.

Ethan Aragon will take the newly expanded role of Senior Executive Director of Business Strategy. Aragon, who joined Skyview in 2014, previously served as Senior Executive Director of Insights. The company said his responsibilities will extend beyond traditional research, reporting and analytics.

Skyview has also hired Nicholaus Tzineff as Revenue Analytics Strategist. Tzineff previously served as Director of Audio Research at ESPN. Earlier in his career, he worked at Premiere Networks as Senior Manager of Research and led advertising sales for the company’s western region.

Jones said the leadership changes are part of Skyview’s ongoing effort to accelerate growth by creating clearer areas of responsibility around its strategic priorities.

“These changes create clearer, more focused leadership around the priorities that matter most,” Jones said. “I’m confident they will help us move quickly, enhance innovation and stay at the leading edge of a changing media landscape as we build toward the future.”

The changes come about three years after Skyview Networks suffered a cybersecurity incident that left many of its radio broadcast partners unable to access syndicated programming for about a week. The incident was tied to a broader international ransomware attack.
