KCRA sued in federal court over copyright infringement
A pair of photographers have filed a federal lawsuit against KCRA and other news organizations over allegations of copyright infringement.
KCRA (Channel 3) is a local NBC affiliate broadcasting to the Sacramento-Stockton-Modesto television market in Northern California. The station is owned by Hearst Television and is part of a local duopoly with Sacramento-area MyNetwork affiliate KQCA (Channel 58).
