SiriusXM is hoping to lure new streaming subscribers with an offer to enjoy Walt Disney Company’s adult-oriented streaming service on them.

In a promotion spotted by The Desk on Saturday, new subscribers can sign up for three months of the audio company’s premium streaming package — which includes access to 300 live streaming channels, including Howard Stern, along with on-demand shows and a handful of curated podcasts — for $1 plus taxes and fees.

The offer also includes free access to the ad-supported, on-demand version of Disney’s Hulu included at no extra cost. The free Hulu access is available only to customers who have not subscribed to the streaming TV service for the last 12 months and is redeemable via a code emailed to SiriusXM subscribers when they sign up for the promotion.

Both services will automatically renew after the three-month trial period. SiriusXM’s premiere streaming package costs $13 a month plus taxes and fees, which work out to just over $14 a month. Hulu’s ad-supported streaming TV service costs $6 a month (plus sales tax in certain states).

SiriusXM’s premium streaming audio package includes:

  • Over 300 live streams of commercial-free music.
  • Two live channels of Howard Stern programming (Howard 100, Howard 101), plus on-demand versions of shows.
  • Access to SiriusXM’s video catalog, including live performances, clips from The Howard Stern Show and SiriusXM interviews.
  • Personalized, artist-specific stations powered by Pandora.
  • Sports play-by-play for in-progress NBA basketball and NHL hockey games.
  • Audio simulcasts of Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, HLN, Bloomberg Radio and BBC World Service, plus SiriusXM-exclusive stations from FOX News and CNN.
  • Dozens of SiriusXM “Xtra” channels with exclusive playlists and features like skip-able songs.
  • Ability to listen on smartphones, tablets, smart TVs and other smart devices, including Amazon Echo and Google Nest speakers.

Hulu’s ad-supported streaming TV package includes:

  • Hundreds of movies and TV shows, including original programs from FX.
  • Exclusive FX shows that are only available on Hulu.
  • Next-day availability of most NBC, ABC and Fox prime-time shows.
  • Ability to subscribe to Showtime, Epix, HBO and others for a separate fee.
