This is the time of the week when streamers can count on Sling TV to announce new channels on their free, ad-supported Sling Freestream service — and, almost on cue, the company is out with a statement today announcing the launch of six new channels.
The six new channels bring the total number of linear content streams to over 370 on Sling Freestream, which also offers more than 41,000 TV episodes and movies through its robust catalog of on-demand titles.
The new channels added to Sling Freestream this week include:
- Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction?
- The Dick Van Dyke Show
- FilmRise British TV: Shows from the UK
- FilmRise Family: Family-friendly programs
- Great American Adventures: Southern DIY and adventure shows
- Nost TV: Nostalgic television
