LG smart TV users will soon get free access to a handful of summer blockbusters for free.

The movies will be added to LG Channels, the free, ad-supported streaming service baked into most newer-model smart TVs offered by the electronics maker.

Starting this month, LG Channels users will have free access to the following movies on demand:

  • Angel Eyes
  • Bottle Rocket
  • Donnie Brasco
  • Grumpy Old Men
  • Grumpier Old Men
  • The Karate Kid (1984 film)
  • The Karate Kid: Part 2
  • The Karate Kid: Part 3
  • Looper
  • The Shallows
  • Two Weeks Notice

Additionally, LG will launch a new “Summer Vacation” hub within LG Channels that offers free access to summer and heat-themed television series, including the reality show “Hell’s Kitchen” and the long-running beach drama “Baywatch.”

LG Channels is exclusive to webOS-powered LG smart TV sets, and offers dozens of free streaming channels and thousands of movies and TV shows on-demand.
