C15 Studio has brought its portfolio of sports-centric channels to the free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) platform Plex.

The channels include DP World Tour, Squash TV, Triton Poker and One Championship TV, and are available to stream for free through the “Sports” section of Plex’s FAST service on phones, tablets, smart TVs and computers.

C15 Studio emerged from stealth mode last summer, and partners with premium sports franchises to bring their content to connected TV platforms. In addition to Triton Poker and One Championship, the company has agreements with Formula 1 to bring their events and related programming to streaming TV.

Long known for enabling streamers to watch their own video files on smart screens, Plex has aggressively grown its offering of FAST channels through its app over the past few years. The channels do not require a subscription to Plex’s server-based product in order to stream, and are available on leading platforms like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV (Google TV) and Apple TV, among others.

In addition to the sports channels offered by C15 Studio, Plex distributes the CBS Sports HQ, NBC Sports Now, Fox Sports FAST, the NFL Channel, FIFA Plus, UFC FAST, T2, NBC GolfPass, Sports Grid Live, NESN Nation, MSG SportsZone, Willow Sports, FanDuel TV Extra and Pickleball TV, among dozens of other sports-centric channels.
