LiveU to acquire Actus Digital in bid to boost monitoring, compliance capabilities

LiveU, recognized globally for its leadership in live IP-video contribution, production, and distribution solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business and technology of Actus Digital. This strategic move is set to significantly boost LiveU’s capabilities in recording, monitoring, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), while furthering its mission to enhance operational effectiveness and help customers derive greater value from video content.

Actus Digital is highly regarded for its intelligent monitoring and compliance platforms, which are trusted by top broadcasters and media agencies worldwide. Its suite of powerful content analysis tools, Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring solutions, and AI-driven innovations will now integrate with the LiveU EcoSystem.
