Fox News Channel delivered dominant ratings across television during its coverage of the U.S. military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities last Saturday, according to Nielsen data.

The network led all broadcasters in prime-time, drawing 4.9 million total viewers and 898,000 in the key demographic of adults between the ages of 25 and 54 years old (A25-54), the data showed.

Fox News outpaced every major broadcast network. By comparison, ABC News drew 2.8 million total viewers, NBC News had 2 million total viewers and CBS had 1.6 million total viewers during the coverage block.

Viewership on Fox News peaked between 10:00–10:15 PM ET during former President Donald Trump’s address, when Fox News drew 7.5 million total viewers and 1.6 million in the demo. For the full hour from 10 to 11 PM ET, the network averaged 5.9 million viewers and 1.1 million in the 25-54 demo.

Throughout Saturday’s prime-time block, Fox News commanded a 62 percent share of the cable news audience, beating the combined prime-time and total day performance of CNN and MSNBC in both total viewers and the 25-54 demo.

On Sunday, Fox & Friends Weekend peaked at 8 AM ET with 3.5 million viewers and 537,000 in the demo, followed by 3.2 million at 9 AM. Sunday Morning Futures at 10 AM drew 3.1 million viewers, surpassing ABC’s This Week (2.9 million) and NBC’s Meet the Press (2.6 million). Special Report with Bret Baier at 6 PM also posted strong numbers, delivering 3.3 million viewers.

For the day, Fox News averaged 2.1 million total viewers and 317,000 in the 25-54 demo, climbing to 2.3 million viewers and 289,000 in the demo during prime-time.

Fox News Digital recorded its strongest two-day weekend performance of 2025 across all major metrics. On YouTube, the network led all news brands with more than 62 million video views. Former President Trump’s Saturday night speech alone surpassed 2 million views and peaked with 157,000 concurrent viewers. Fox News also ranked as the top-performing news brand on social media throughout the weekend.

For the full week of June 16–22, Fox News led cable in both total day (6 AM–6 AM ET) with 2 million viewers and 268,000 in the demo, and prime-time (8–11 PM ET) with 3.4 million viewers and 474,000 in the demo. Fox News captured over 60 percent share of cable news audiences in both total day and prime-time and aired 97 of the top 100 cable news telecasts for the week.
