Key Points:

  • Charter has launched Spectrum Reach Architect, an AI-driven platform for optimized TV, digital and streaming ad campaigns.
  • The platform uses exclusive first-party data to deliver tailored media planning recommendations for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
  • Local advertisers report significant improvements in campaign reach and frequency when they use Spectrum Reach Architect, Charter says.

Charter’s advertising business Spectrum Reach has officially launched its Spectrum Reach Architect platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence to help elevate the media planning experience for ad buyers.

The launch follows a successful six-month trial period with more than 2,000 local advertisers, Charter said in a press release on Tuesday.

Spectrum Reach Architect simplifies the media planning process by offering seamless recommendations across TV, digital, and streaming platforms. Powered by artificial intelligence and informed by historical performance data from tens of thousands of campaigns, the platform uses Spectrum Reach’s exclusive first-party data to generate optimal media plans. This data, which includes insights from the Spectrum TV App, the most-viewed streaming service in the U.S. based on hours per household, allows for highly personalized, effective ad strategies.

“By leveraging our direct connections to over 30 million U.S. households, Spectrum Reach Architect empowers advertisers, agencies, and marketers with actionable insights that aren’t available elsewhere,” said Jason Brown, the Executive Vice President of Spectrum Reach. “The platform enables us to provide customized recommendations that drive campaign success with unmatched precision.”

One of the first to benefit from the new platform is Joseph Delk IV, an attorney and owner of Delk 4 Law in Lenoir, North Carolina. Delk worked with his Spectrum Reach account executive to launch a localized campaign in June, using Architect’s AI-powered recommendations to tailor his media plan. “The real-time demonstration of Spectrum Reach Architect was a game-changer,” Delk shared. “It showed me exactly how my budget would be optimized for maximum reach and frequency. I’m excited to see how the AI will continue to add value to my campaign.”

As Spectrum Reach Architect becomes fully available, Charter says it marks a significant step forward in the company’s multichannel advertising efforts. The platform builds on the capabilities of Spectrum Reach’s Audience Reach Optimizer tool, offering deeper insights and more accurate recommendations for advertisers. In addition, Spectrum Reach’s Customer Data Match feature helps local businesses utilize their own customer data to target existing clients and find new, similar prospects.

Charter says Spectrum Reach Architect is poised to continue evolving to meet the needs of a rapidly changing advertising landscape. By integrating historical data, privacy-focused insights, and AI-driven recommendations, the platform promises to improve campaign performance for advertisers of all sizes across both traditional and streaming TV.
