Charter Communications has partnered with EverPass Media to bring its streaming app to the Xumo Stream Box for Spectrum Business customers, the companies announced on Wednesday.

The launch of the EverPass app on the Xumo Stream Box allows Spectrum Business clients to access high-profile sports like the NFL Sunday Ticket and Peacock Sports Pass from a device backed by Charter and Comcast’s joint venture.

Other sports, including Amazon’s telecasts of “Thursday Night Football,” college football from Peacock and the UEFA Champions League from Paramount Plus, are also available through EverPass Media.

The launch of the EverPass Media app marks the first time a commercial streaming app geared toward public venues like bars, restaurants and hotels has been made available through the Xumo Stream Box, Charter said in a statement.

“Live sports have the power to transform any venue, and at EverPass, we’re making that transformation simpler than ever,” Alex Kaplan, the CEO of EverPass Media, said in a statement on Wednesday. “Through our expanded partnership with Spectrum, we’re delivering a plug-and-play streaming solution via Xumo Stream Box for Business that puts premium sports content just a click away. It’s a faster, more flexible way for businesses to captivate fans, drive traffic and create unforgettable game-day experiences.”

The bundled offering delivers what the companies describe as a comprehensive and turnkey live sports experience, with content spanning the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, college football and other sports franchises. It also includes access to EverPass’ marketing platform, which helps venues drive engagement through promotions and interactive tools.

The Xumo Stream Box for Business is designed specifically for commercial settings, featuring a streamlined, voice-powered remote and user-friendly navigation. Spectrum Business customers can lease the device for $5 per month, which includes full support services from Charter.

“Bars and restaurants need a fast and reliable way to access the sports content their patrons care most about,” said Keith Dardis, the Executive Vice President of Spectrum Business. “By bringing EverPass to Xumo Stream Box for Business, and in addition to the Spectrum TV App, Spectrum Sports Fan TV offers a single solution that makes it easier than ever for businesses to find and stream the games their customers want to see, making Spectrum a go-to sports destination for businesses.”

Michael Gatzke, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Development at Xumo added: “At Xumo, we’re focused on delivering a flexible, premium streaming experience that adapts to the unique needs of every operator. With the EverPass app now available on the Xumo Stream Box, Spectrum can deliver its Business TV customers an unmatched live sports experience with the simplicity and reliability they expect.”
