Gray Media to offer Atlanta Braves games in Spanish

Gray Media has signed an agreement with the Atlanta Braves to air two of its upcoming games in Spanish across more than a dozen Telemundo-affiliated stations in the southeastern United States.

The broadcasts will cover the Braves’ games against the Los Angeles Dodgers on August 25 and the Tampa Bay Rays on September 8, both starting at 7:15 p.m local time.

A locally produced pre-game show will air 15 minutes before each game, featuring play-by-play announcer Alejandro Villegas and sports commentator Juan Jordan, with analysis, statistics and roster highlights.

The stations that will carry the Atlanta Braves games are:

  • WKTB (Channel 47) in Atlanta
  • WPHJ (Channel 15) in Savannah
  • WGAT (Channel 25) in Augusta
  • WCTA (Channel 47) in Columbus, Georgia
  • WTMH (Channel 21) in Macon
  • WTSG (Channel 31) in Albany, Georgia
  • WTBM (Channel 33) in Birmingham
  • WTHV (Channel 29) in Huntsville
  • WMBP (Channel 31) in Mobile
  • WBXM (Channel 41) in Montgomery
  • WRGX (Channel 23) in Dothan
  • WTNX (Channel 29) in Nashville
  • WTME (Channel 35) in Memphis
  • WBXX (Channel 20) in Knoxville
  • WDKT (Channel 31) in Greenville-Spartanburg-Asheville
  • WXIV (Channel 14) in Myrtle Beach-Florence
  • WZCH (Channel 49) in Charleston
  • WTES (Channel 35) in Columbia, South Carolina
