Conservative radio talk show hosts Clay Travis and Buck Sexton brought their nationally-syndicated radio show to the White House this week.
The radio duo met with President Donald Trump in the Oval Office on Monday, with their program confirming their visit and interactions with Trump and several members of his administration.
Trump reportedly told the two hosts that he listens to their program on the regular. The visit comes at a time when the Trump administration has warmed to so-called “new media” outlets — mostly right-of-center publications, TV networks and shows — while attempting to deprive long-time, mainstream news outlets like the Associated Press, CNN and POLITICO of access.
