Fuse Media has unveiled a new corporate identity and positioning that emphasizes the company’s growing focus on free, ad-supported streaming television, connected TV advertising and content monetization.
This week, the independent, Latino-owned media company said the new branding reflects a transition that has been underway since Fuse launched its first FAST channel in 2018, shifting its business beyond traditional linear TV in favor of streaming and related advertising initiatives.
“Fuse Media was built around audiences long before the industry began talking about multicultural scale and streaming in the way it does today,” Mike Roggero, the Chairman and CEO of Fuse Media, said in a statement e-mailed to The Desk last week.
As part of the relaunch, Fuse Media is reorganizing its streaming operations around three primary businesses: Content delivery/monetization, FAST channel management and culture collective.
On the FAST channel side, Fuse Media will nurture the development of a number of streaming linear networks like the recently-launched Fluffy TV in partnership with comedian Gabriel Iglesias, Kevin Hart’s LOL! Network, OUTFlix Movies, El Rey Rebel, Complex TV, Shades of Black and others.
Culture Collective serves as Fuse’s portfolio of diverse-owned connected TV and FAST advertising inventory, with partners including Lionsgate, Tastemade and Trusted Media Brands.
The company’s recently launched Content Delivery & Monetization business targets owners of subscription video on-demand (SVOD) and advertising video on-demand (AVOD) libraries seeking additional connected TV distribution. The service includes placement on Fuse Plus (stylized as Fuse+) and a revenue-sharing model for participating content owners.
Fuse is also expanding its measurement capabilities through a partnership with iSpot, which provides outcomes-based measurement across the company’s FAST and linear television portfolio. That portfolio now reaches more than 74 million monthly active viewers and generated nearly 4.9 billion minutes of viewing during 2025.
A new logo and related brand assets were developed internally by the company’s creative and communications team, Fuse Media said.
